Using the marketplace

Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to Zestaura’s website, configurators, checkout, and order tracking tools. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using Zestaura on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Marketplace services

• Instant design SKUs are fixed-scope catalog items with stated turnaround times and revision limits.
• Configured projects (websites, apps, cloud, automation, and similar) are scoped through our configurators and delivered in milestones.
• Estimates and quotes are indicative until confirmed at checkout or in a signed statement of work where applicable.
• Zestaura may update catalog offerings, pricing bands, and feature availability with reasonable notice.

Orders, booking fees & milestones

A booking fee may be required to start configured work. Remaining balances are tied to milestones and released only after you approve deliverables for that phase, unless otherwise stated in your order.

You are responsible for providing accurate briefs, timely feedback, and access credentials needed for delivery. Delays caused by missing inputs may extend timelines without penalty to Zestaura.

• Approve milestones only after reviewing deliverables against the agreed scope.
• Request revisions within the revision allowance stated in your SKU or project agreement.
• Disputes should be raised through your order dashboard before approving payment for a milestone.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt platform systems.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or payment authorization.
• Do not use deliverables in ways that violate third-party rights or applicable law.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment for a deliverable, you receive the usage rights described in your SKU or project agreement. Zestaura retains rights to pre-existing tools, templates, and marketplace infrastructure.

Portfolio use: unless you opt out in writing, Zestaura may showcase completed work in marketing materials without sharing confidential business information.

Warranties & liability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zestaura’s total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, except where prohibited by law.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi, Delhi NCR shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.
