Zestaura is built around milestone trust: you should pay for value delivered. Refunds are handled fairly - whether you purchased a fixed catalog SKU or a configured project with phased delivery.
If a payment fails but funds were deducted by your bank or wallet provider, the amount is typically reversed automatically within 5-7 business days. Contact us if you do not see the reversal after that window.
Duplicate charges caused by technical errors will be refunded in full after verification.
Approved refunds may be returned to your original payment method or credited to your Zestaura wallet, depending on payment rail and regulatory constraints. Wallet credits can be applied to future orders.
