Policy overview

This Return, Exchange & Refund Policy applies to products and digital services sold by Zestaura Pvt. Ltd. (“Zestaura”, “we”, “us”) through zestauratech.com and related channels, including Google Merchant listings.

We accept returns for defective products only. We accept exchanges. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless required by applicable Indian consumer protection law.

Service delivery country

Zestaura delivers products and services to customers in India. Orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds under this policy are limited to the India service area unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing for a specific order.

Returns — defective products only

We accept returns only when a product or deliverable is defective. A product is considered defective when it does not materially match the ordered scope, fails to function as described, or contains a quality defect that we cannot reasonably correct with the included revisions.

• Report the defect within 15 days of delivery or stage handoff, whichever applies to your order.
• Include your order number, a clear description of the defect, and supporting evidence such as screenshots, files, or error details.
• We will first attempt to remedy the defect through revisions or a corrected delivery at no extra charge.
• If the defect cannot be remedied within a reasonable period, you may return the order for a full or partial refund, or request an exchange as described below.
• Non-defective returns, preference changes, and change-of-mind requests after delivery or stage approval are not eligible.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If a delivered product is defective or does not match the agreed scope, you may request an exchange for a corrected version of the same SKU or an equivalent product of equal value.

• Exchange requests should be raised within 15 days of delivery or stage handoff.
• Where the replacement differs in price, any difference will be charged or refunded after confirmation.
• Exchanges are fulfilled after we verify the defect or scope mismatch and confirm the replacement item with you.
• Approved stages or work already accepted as complete are not eligible for exchange unless a latent defect is identified that was not reasonably discoverable at approval time.

Refunds

Refunds are issued when a verified defective product cannot be remedied or exchanged to your reasonable satisfaction, when we cancel an order we cannot fulfill, or when a duplicate/erroneous charge is confirmed.

• Catalog SKUs: use included revisions first. A refund may apply if we fail to deliver within the stated turnaround and cannot complete the work after a reasonable extension, or if a verified defect cannot be fixed.
• Configured projects: booking fees are non-refundable once work has started, except where Zestaura cancels. Staged balances may be refunded only for undelivered or defective stage work that cannot be remedied. Approved stages remain billable unless a latent defect is proven.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or credited to your Zestaura wallet, depending on the payment rail and regulatory constraints.
• Refund processing typically completes within 5–10 business days after approval. Bank or wallet posting times may vary.

How to request a return, exchange, or refund

• Open your order in Account → Orders and use the support or refund request option where available.
• Email support@zestauratech.com with your order number, whether you are requesting a return, exchange, or refund, a short description of the defect, and supporting files.
• We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 10 business days.
• Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks opened without prior notice may delay resolution while we gather order records.

Payment failures & duplicates

If a payment fails but funds were deducted by your bank or wallet provider, the amount is typically reversed automatically within 5–7 business days. Contact us if you do not see the reversal after that window.

Duplicate charges caused by technical errors will be refunded in full after verification.

What is not eligible

• Change-of-mind or preference changes after delivery or stage approval (non-defective returns).
• Third-party license fees, ad spend, or pass-through costs already incurred on your behalf.
• Rush fees where delivery was completed on the expedited timeline.
• Work explicitly accepted by you at a stage gate, except for verified latent defects.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer protection law.
