Clear & fair refunds

Our principles

Zestaura is built around milestone trust: you should pay for value delivered. Refunds are handled fairly - whether you purchased a fixed catalog SKU or a configured project with phased delivery.

Instant catalog orders

• Each SKU lists its revision allowance and delivery window. Use revisions before requesting a refund.
• Full refunds may be issued if we fail to deliver within the stated turnaround and cannot complete the work after a reasonable extension.
• Partial refunds may apply when deliverables materially miss the ordered scope and cannot be corrected.
• Change-of-mind requests after delivery approval are generally not eligible unless required by law.

Configured projects & milestones

• Booking fees cover project kickoff, planning, and resource allocation. They are non-refundable once work has started, except where Zestaura cancels the engagement.
• Milestone balances are refundable only if deliverables for that milestone are not provided per the agreed scope and cannot be remedied within a reasonable period.
• Approved milestones are considered accepted. Refund requests after approval require evidence of a scope defect not disclosed at approval time.
• If both parties agree to cancel mid-project, completed milestones remain billable; unstarted milestones may be refunded or credited.

Payment failures & duplicates

If a payment fails but funds were deducted by your bank or wallet provider, the amount is typically reversed automatically within 5-7 business days. Contact us if you do not see the reversal after that window.

Duplicate charges caused by technical errors will be refunded in full after verification.

Wallet credits

Approved refunds may be returned to your original payment method or credited to your Zestaura wallet, depending on payment rail and regulatory constraints. Wallet credits can be applied to future orders.

How to request a refund

• Open your order in Account → Orders and use the refund request option where available.
• Email support@zestauratech.com with your order number, a short description, and supporting files if relevant.
• We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 10 business days.
• Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may delay resolution while we gather order records.

Non-refundable items

• Third-party license fees, ad spend, or pass-through costs already incurred on your behalf.
• Rush fees where delivery was completed on the expedited timeline.
• Work explicitly accepted by you at a milestone gate.
